摘要
目的:观察一种基于Fibronectin功能位点序列设计人工合成的小分子多肽体外的功能活性,探讨其在调控细胞功能活性中的作用。方法:通过单层细胞划痕模型,研究小分子多肽对体外培养的成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞迁移的影响;通过双室联合培养模型,研究小分子多肽对皮肤伤口中性粒细胞迁移的影响。结果:设计合成的小分子多肽体外可以有效促进成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞和中性粒细胞的迁移能力。结论:该小分子多肽具有功能活性,在创面愈合中具有一定的研究和应用前景。
AIM:To study the biological activities of designed synthesis of low molecular polypeptides based on the functional site sequence of Fibronectin so as to explore its function in the process of regulating the cell activity. METHODS:The effects of low molecular polypeptides on migration of the fibroblast and vascular endothelial cell which were cultured in vitro,and on migration of neutrophilic granulocytes in the skin wounds were tested using by observing the scarification model of mono layer cells and double layer culture plates,respetively. RESULTS:The designed synthesis low molecular polypeptides in vitro significantly accelerated the migration of fibroblasts,vascular endothelial cells and neutrophilic granulocytes. CONCLUSION:The designed synthesis low molecular polypeptides have functional activities,and show investigative and applied prospect in wound healing.
