摘要
目的:研究截瘫平面下腰神经根移位与骶神经根吻接后神经生长能力。方法:SD大鼠30只,抽签法随机分为A,B两组,将脊髓在L1平面横断后,在硬膜囊内将L3神经根移位于S1神经根端端吻合。A,B两组分别在3周和6周取材作组织学检查。结果:在神经吻合口纵切面上,A组没有再生神经纤维通过吻合口,B组有5例少量再生神经纤维通过吻合口,吻合口远端神经纤维计数为(894±31)个/mm2,对照侧为(1087±28)个/mm2,两侧差异有非常显著性意义(t=13.3,P<0.01)。结论:截瘫平面下腰神经根移位与骶神经根吻接后神经生长能力差。
AIM:To study the nerve regeneration after lumbar nerve root below the paraplegic plane have been transferring and anastomosised to sacral nerve root posterior to the paraplegia plane in paraplegic animal models . METHODS:Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into group A and B.The paraplegic animal model was made by a transverse injury of the L1 spinal cord,then L3 nerve root was transferred to S1 nerve root and intradural microanastomosis was performed.The nerve regeneration was analyzed with histological examination after 3 weeks in group A and 6 weeks in group B,respectively. RESULTS:No regenerating nerve fibers were found in the distal S1 nerve root in group A,while little regenerating nerve fibers were found in group B.The counting of regenerating nerve fibers had significant difference between the distal anastomosis[(894±31) pieces/mm2]and the control side[(1 087±28) pieces/mm2](t=13.3,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:The ability of nerve regeneration is found bad after lumbar nerve root below the paraplegic plane have been transferred and anastomosised to sacral nerve root posterior to the paraplegia plane.
