桂枝茯苓丸对荷瘤小鼠细胞因子水平影响的实验研究

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF GFW ON THE LEVEL OF CELL FACTOR OF TUMOR BEARING MICE

目的:为临床应用桂枝茯苓丸治疗肿瘤提供理论依据。方法:本文从IL-2、TNF-α等细胞因子水平变化,探讨了桂枝茯苓丸对荷瘤小鼠异常免疫功能状态的免疫调节作用。结果:实验结果显示,桂枝茯苓丸促进免疫功能低下的荷瘤机体的IL-2、TNF-α分泌,提高了荷瘤小鼠低下的细胞免疫功能状态。结论:桂枝茯苓丸具有提高荷瘤机体免疫功能的作用。

To provide the basis of theory for treating tumor by using GFW in clinic. Methods: Investigate the immunoregulation of GFW to S180 tumor bearing mice from the change of IL -2,TNF -a et al. Results:GFW stimulate the secretion of IL - 2,TNF - α of the tumor bearing mice with lower inmmune function, enhance the lower immune function states. Conclusion: GFW can enhance the immune function of tumor bearing mice host.
