198 5年发布的《普通话异读词审音表》规定“荫”统读 y尙ｎ ,“树荫”“林荫道”应作“树阴”“林阴道”。但语言实际运用中 ,用“荫”的词形普遍多于用“阴”的词形。辞书对该问题的处理也不一致 ,有的严格遵守《审音表》的规定 ,有的只依据语言事实 ,有的则徘徊于二者之间 ,从而影响到了辞书的科学性与规范性。文章认为 ,造成这一问题的根源在于《审音表》订音失当 ,建议适当时能依据语言事实加以修改 ,同时建议对“阴—荫”系列异形词进行整理。

The table of examing the varient pronunciations of the same character in PTH published in 1985 prescribes that the Chinese character'荫'should be read by 'yin',the characters'树荫''林荫道'written by'树阴''林阴道'.But when using it practically,we usually choose the character'荫'instead of'阴'.There are not the same in reference books. Some are strict to abide by the table,some use it accoding to practical applications of the language,some hesitate both the above.If so, it ,ll affect the scient and standardization of reference books.The author think the main cause of these problems is owing to the unreasonable pronunciation given by the table,and suggests to modifying it accoding to the fact of the language,and also to catalogue the series of varient forms,such as the characters '阴-荫'.
