摘要
造成决策失误的原因很复杂,但主要是决策制度的因素和决策者的因素两种。决策制度的因素往往为第一位因素。此外,决策失误还有决策方法、决策环境等因素。
The reason for causing decision mistake is complicated, but chief among them is decision institutional factor and decision maker factor. Generally speaking, decision institutional factor is the first one. What's more, there're factors of decision-making method, decision-making environment and such.
