Study on Matrimonial Violence of Hong Kong

家庭暴力问题已为当今社会广泛关注。香港的理论界与实务界对此也十分重视,建立了立法、司法与社会服务相联系,预防与补救相结合,多层次、全方位的社会防控体系,其做法是值得借鉴的。

Recently, matrimonial violence has becoming an important problem, which the whole society pays close attention to. Both theoretic field and practical field of Hong Kong follow it with interest, and have built an all-round social prevention and control system, which is much that we can make us of.
