摘要
在侦查贩卖毒品、伪造货币等无明确被害人的案件中,诱惑侦查作为一种特殊的侦查形式,得到越来越多的使用,但法律却对此没有明文规定。作者试图比照犯罪构成的几个方面,从诱惑侦查的主体、施用对象、表现特征、诱惑侦查与诱人犯罪的区别等角度,诠释诱惑侦查。
In investigating cases of selling narcotic drugs, forging currency without confirmed victims, tempting investigation, as a special kind of investigation is mostly used. But no regulation proclaimed in writing in law. The author tries to explain and analyze tempting investigation.
