摘要
文章在总结高校干部选拔任用工作所积累的经验和存在问题的基础上,提出了高校贯彻实施《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》的设想,指出应努力贯彻落实《条例》的基本精神和原则,体现高校的特点和要求,吸纳高校在干部选拔任用工作中探索的成功经验和好的做法,使高校干部选拔任用工作科学化、规范化和制度化。
Based on the experience accumulated and the existing problems of cadres' selecting and appointing in colleges and universities, the article proposes some assumptions of carrying out the Regulations of the Cadres' Selecting and Appointing and points out that we should endeavor to implement principles of the Regulations, follow the guidance, reflect the characteristics and demands of colleges and universities, draw the successful experience and apply the good methods so as to insure the work of the cadres' selecting and appointing in a scientific, standard and systemic way.
