摘要
提高大学生素质教育的有效性,是培养一大批高素质、高水平的创新人才的关键。文章从教育创新、教育者素质、个性培养、科技和社会实践活动等四个方面,对素质教育和创新人才的培养问题进行论述。
To enhance the effectiveness of quality oriented education of college students is the key to train a large number of high-quality and innovation-minded talents. The paper discusses the quality education and cultivation of innovative talents from four aspects: educational innovation, educators' qualities, development of individual personality and scientific, technological and social activities.
