变型拖拉机制动状态的同步附着系数分析

摘要 为进一步改善变型拖拉机的综合性能,分析了湖南省生产的12种变型拖拉机的主要结构参数及同步附着系数.结果表明,在制动力分配系数为0.5的情况下,空载状态的同步附着系数均小于0,满载状态的同步附着系数也普遍偏小,因而变型拖拉机空载时的制动稳定性均差,满载时也只有1/3的车型满足制动稳定性的要求.因此在变型拖拉机的主要结构设计和选型时,在载荷分配基本满足要求的情况下,增加同步附着系数,解决制动稳定性的有效途径是改变制动力分配系数值,从改变前、后制动器结构着手,提高制动器制动力分配比例,以达到增加同步附着系数的目的,保证制动稳定和行车安全. This paper is an attempt to analyse the main structure parameters and synchronis m coefficient from 12 ty pes of derivate tractors in Hunan Province.Results show when the braking force d istribution coefficient is 0.5, all synchronism coefficients emptily loaded is less than 0 a nd almost those fully loaded are generally small.So the braking stabil ity of derivate tr actor is poor under the status emptily loaded. Only one third of types of der ivate tractors meet with the requirement of braking stability even under the full loading. Therefore, it should increase synchronism coefficient under the condition of loading distribution.The efficient way of solving the problem o f braking stability is,based on changing frontal and back structure of arrester,to change the value of braking force distributio n t o improve braking force distribution ratio of arrester, which will increase sync hronism coefficient and guarantee braking stability and traveling safety.
