摘要
为研制适应包衣水稻种育秧精量播种要求的播种机,对包衣水稻的物理特性进行了测定.结果表明,水稻进行包衣处理后种子的粒径、球度增大;滑动摩擦系数减小,流动性变好;粘聚力和内摩擦角降低,抗剪强度受剪切平面内的正应力的影响减弱.通对包衣水稻的物理特性的研究,认为采用机械式型孔排种器是实现包衣水稻单粒精量播种的最佳途径.
In order to design a seeder applying to the precision seeding of direct seeding, the paper is to measure the capsuled seed and CK physical characteristics.The ob vious features are the increase of the particle diameter and sphericity,the decrea se of coefficient sliding friction, and the improverment of flowablity.And cohes ive strength and internal friction angle with the decrease of the normal stress in the shear plane on shear strength.After researching capsuled seed physical characteristics,the authors think mechanical model hole seed metering mechanism is the best method that realizes the single particle precision seeding.
