钛酸铝-莫来石高温窑具材料的微观分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用钛酸铝和莫来石为原料进行了窑具配方的探讨,并利用XRD、SEM分析了其微观结构及发生的变化,结果表明:该复合材料的高温稳定性好,抗热震性能力强,是一种很好的高温窑具材料。 Based on the raw material including aluminium titanate and mullite the kiln furniture recipe was studied in this paper.The microstructure variation was observed through XRD,SEM.It is seen that Al 2 TiO 5 is steady in the sintering and thermal shocking process.The thermal shock resistance of this composite material is very good.It's suitable material for high-temperature resistant kiln furniture.
