摘要
应用经济学中机会成本的原理 ,分析了城市土地利用效率的经济原因 ,指出土地利用效率是评价城市土地利用水平的一项重要指标 。
The efficiency of land use is one of the most i mportant indices used to estimate the level of urban land use, including the ef ficiency of structure of urban land distribution and the marginal efficiency of land use. This paper tries to use opportunity cost theory to analyzes the eco nomic factors of the efficiency of urban land use.
