摘要
分析比较了房地产估价多种方法的概念、适用对象、适用条件、操作步骤 ,指出实际中应结合实践经验 ,考虑各方面的影响因素 ,综合各种方法进行合理化估价。
According to several real estate evaluation appr oaches their conceptions, application scope, conditions, operation steps, princi ples and difficulties are comparatively analyzed. Author points out that in prac tice various influencing factors should be taken into account to select proper a ppraisal method.
