摘要
阐述了投标报价与施工索赔的概念以及各自在项目收益方面的作用及意义 ,提出投标报价与施工索赔是承揽和实施过程中的重要工作 ,二者既有相同点又有不同点 ,指出应认真分析处理二者的关系 。
The conceptions of bid pricing and construction claims are introduced as well as their roles and significances played in projec t earning. Author points out that bid pricing and construction claims are impor tant works, there are similarities and differences between them. In order to ens ure economic benefits the relation between them should be seriously treated.
