摘要 目的 探讨胰腺癌组织中高迁移率族蛋白 1(HMGB1)蛋白表达情况及其与肿瘤分化程度、大小、浸润和转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组化SABC方法 ,检测 73例胰腺癌组织、10例癌旁组织、6例正常胰腺组织中HMGB1蛋白表达情况。结果 HMGB1在胰腺癌组织中呈强阳性表达 ( 76.7% ) ,在癌旁组织中仅呈微弱表达 ,正常胰腺组织中无表达 ;HMGB1阳性率与肿瘤分化程度无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;与肿瘤的大小、浸润及转移呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 HMGB1在胰腺癌组织中呈强阳性表达 ,可作为胰腺癌浸润。 Objective To investigate the expression of High mobility group box 1(HMGB1) in human pancreatic carcinoma and to explore its relationship to differentiation degree,the size,invasion and metastasis of human pancreatic carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of HMGB1 in 73 pancreatic cancer tissues,10 juxtacancerous tissues and 6 normal pancreatic tissues.Results The positive expression rates of HMGB1 were 76.7%(56/73) in pancreatic cancer and 20.0%(2/10) in juxtacancerous tissue,showing a significant difference(P<0.01).The expression of HMGB1 was markedly correlated to tumor size,invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer(P<0.01),but had no relationship with the differentiation degree(P>0.05).Conclusion The strong expression of HMGB1 in pancreatic cancer might be as one of the parameters for determining tumor invasion,metastasis,and prognosis.
