雾化预合金胎体粉末的制备及其在金刚石工具中的应用 被引量:39

摘要 采用高压水雾化快冷技术,将熔融的金属液流注入上部设有漏包坩埚的水雾化喷嘴,当熔融的金属液流通过倒流嘴流经喷嘴时,被喷嘴射出的高速水流击碎成小液滴,随后合金液滴落在水中凝固成粉末的方法制取Follow系列预合金胎体粉末;利用SEM,差热分析等手段研究了粉末的特性,结果表明预合金粉末呈不规则状,压制性能好,成分均匀,烧结温度低;用Follow系列预合金粉末制成金刚石工具,切割性能优异,可切中硬花岗岩品板500m^2以上,中硬花岗岩荒料250m^2以上,具有寿命长切割效率高,成本低等特点。采用Follow系列预合金粉末可降低生产成本,提高金刚石工具的使用性能。 Follow prealloyed powder was manufactured by high-pressure water atomization. It can be used as the metal bond to produce diamond tools. In this paper experiments for manufacturing, testing of the prealloyed powder and the performance of the diamond tools produced with this powder was introduced. When the melted metal liquid inflood the water atomizer which has a leak crucible in the upper part and pass the nozzle of the atomizer, it is shot into small liquid drops by super-speed water and fall into cooling water, thus transformed into powders. SME and DSC was used to study properties of the powder. The testing result shows that the powder is irregular, possesses excellent press capability, homogeneous microstructure and low sintering temperature. Diamond tools produced with Follow powders are of superior cutting capability, high efficiency and low price. One piece of such saw blade can cut 500m2 for midium hard granite plank and 250m2 for medium-hard granite rock.
