摘要
本文分析了刀头失效的主要原因。研究了金刚石强度在烧结和焊接后的变化;胎体对金刚石的把持机制;通过改进混料工艺,改善了胎体与金刚石的结合状况;分析了结合剂中某些成分对结块性能的影响,在此基础上研制出新的结合剂配方,制成的锯片刀头使用效果较好。
The retention mechanism of diamond grits in the saw segment as well as the main causes of segment failure are studied. Experiments and analysis are made on the strength loss of diamond after sintering and welding. The results showed that the influence of sintering on the diamond strength loss is greater than welding. Suitable blending technique may improve the holding force of the matix to diamond. Effect of some compositions of the matix is analysed, and based on which, a new formula of matix is suggested.
