摘要
设计了一种专用宽砂带磨削设备,用于平板类零件的去毛刺加工。采用500mm宽砂带。主动带轮采用鼓形,使砂带中间张力大于两端。从动带轮两端设有两组压缩弹簧,可自动张紧。实验表明该设备磨削效率高,具有弹性。可成功地应用于去毛刺加工。
A special wide abrasive belt grinding facility is designed to be used in flat-part deburring by using 500mm wide abrasive belt. The drive sprocket is of drum shape which enables the central tension of the belt to be stronger than that of both sides. They have two sets of compression springs at both sides of the slave sprocket which can be tensioned automatically. Experiments show that the facility has high grinding efficiency with flexibility and can be used for the deburring processing successfully.
