对服务壁垒与服务标准化的若干理论研究 被引量:4

摘要 虽然服务不是有形产品,但服务质量类同产品质量,有设计、供给、关系三个主要来源,有功能质量和技术质量两方面内容。本文在分析服务壁垒的特征和表现形式的基础上,应用测量不确定度理论对影响服务质量的各种要素及服务质量和服:务标准化的关系进行了研究,并对跨越服务壁垒的措施进行了讨论。
