行人交通的安全有序组织将是人文奥运精神的充分体现。本文在总结国外的经验教训基础上,针对北京市的特点,提出了奥运行人交通的目标、特点、组织原则及其重点问题,在分析奥运行人交通的流体特征及进出场馆特征基础上,以安全及畅通两方面作为基本出发点,通过合理的步行组织和交通设施的布置使人群可以安全、准时、方便、舒适的到达和离开场馆,以保障奥运的顺利召开。

After the analysison the character of foot passenger related to OlympicGames on the liquid character of traffic flow and inthe condition of passing in and out the gymnasiums orstadiums, how to reach the object of safety and freeare studied, which are the base of traffic organizationof foot passengers and the plan of traffic facilities.Then the foot passenger may arrive the gymnasiumsor stadiums safely, in time, conveniently andcomfortably, and the same in departure, to ensure theprogram of Olympic Games carry out on schedule.
