摘要
目的 了解毕业分配制度改革前后医科大学生心理健康状况 ,以便为在新的形势下有针对性地开展高校学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法 采用中山医科大学黄铎香编制的《心理健康测查表》 ,对不同时期的 2 640名在校学生进行心理健康测查。结果 毕业分配制度改革后医科大学生的心理问题明显多于改革前 ,改革前有心理障碍的在校生占 1 1 .9% ,改革后上升到 1 4 .8% (P <0 .0 5) ;增加的心理疾病以强迫症为主 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 医科大学生各类心理疾病得分改革后均高于改革前 ,其中恐怖分、强迫分和精神分裂分 2组间差异有非常显著性。应及时针对医科在校生的心理问题 ,积极开展心理疏导工作。
Objective To assess the mental health status of medical students before and after reform of graduating allotting system and to provide evidence for mental health education in college.Methods 'Measure of Mental Health' made by Dr. Huang Duo xiang was used to investigate the mental health status of 2 640 medical students.Results 14.8% had mental disorder, which were more than the students before the reform(11.9%, P <0.05).The obsessive compulsive personality was main.Conclusion Scores of various psychological disorders after the reform were higher than the before,there was significant difference in the scores of phobia, oblige and schizophrenia. The inductive work on the mental health should be promoted according to the problems of mental health among medical students in university.
