摘要
目的 了解大学生膳食营养素摄入量与记忆力之间的相互关系 ,为开展营养健康教育提供科学依据。方法 对河南职业技术师范学院 81名大学生的膳食状况及记忆力进行调查 ,对调查数据进行偏相关和多元回归分析。结果 调查对象膳食中能量、蛋白质的摄入量基本达到RDA的要求 ;记忆力与蛋白质、脂肪、维生素A、维生素C及能量的偏相关系数分别为 0 .3887,0 .32 4 7,0 .61 2 6 ,0 .4975和 - 0 .2 0 96 ;经回归分析表明有 8个变量进入最优回归方程 ,复相关系数R为 0 .781。结论 所调查的人群记忆力与蛋白质、脂肪、维生素A、维生素C成显著的正相关 ,与能量成显著的负相关 ;所考察的膳食营养素中 ,蛋白质、糖类、脂肪、能量、钙、维生素A、维生素B1 、维生素C对记忆力有显著影响。
Objective To study the relation between diet nutrition intakes and memory of college student, which to provide evidence for implementing nutritional education.Methods Nutrition intakes and memory of 81 college students were surveyed. And the data were analyzed by partial correlation and multiple regression.Results Intakes of energy and protein were reasonable to RDA. The partial correlation factors between memory and protein, fat, VitA or VitC were 0.388 7,0.324 7,0.612 6,0.497 5 and 0.209 6. Regression analysis showed that there were 8 variables entered the regression equation( R = 0.781). Conclusion Among the students investigated, there are significant positive correlations between memory and protein, fat, VitA or VitC, and significant negative correlation between memory and energy. Memory is significantly affected by protein, carbohydrate, fat, energy, Ca, VitA, VitB, and VitC intake. Improving diet structure is beneficial for memory.
