摘要
目的 减少大学生无偿献血后的不适反应 ,探讨健康教育干预的效果。方法 在衢州学院医学专业大学生中进行健康教育干预 ,非医学专业大学生为对照组 ,现场记录和问卷调查大学生献血后的不适反应。结果 2 70名无偿献血大学生 ,1 0 7人出现不适反应 ,发生率为 39.6 %。其中 99名医学专业大学生 2 8人出现献血后不适反应 ,发生率为 2 8.2 8% ;1 71名非医学专业大学生 79人出现献血后不适反应 ,发生率为 46 .2 0 % ,明显高于医学专业大学生 (χ2 =8.43 ,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 大学生献血后不适反应发生率较高。进行健康教育干预 。
Objective To decrease discomfortable of college students in donating blood and to explore the effects of health education.Methods Health education was conducted among medical students of Quzhou College of Technology. Other students who were not in medicine department were taken as control. Questionnaire survey was conducted on discomfortable reflection in spot. Results Among 270 blood donors,107(39.6%)had discomfortable reflection. There were 28.28%(28/99) for medical students and 46.20%(79/171)for control group. The incidence of discomfortable reflection of medical students was lower than the control(χ 2=72.21, P <0.01). Conclusion The incidence of discomfortable reflection to blood donors is high,but it can be reduced through health education.
