摘要
企业经营成败的关键在于企业家的核心作用 ,企业家培育机制的构建具有重要意义。企业家培育机制与公司治理关系密切。本文主要选取美国与我国国有企业 ,从所有权结构、资本结构、公司治理结构、激励与约束机制、文化背景、选拔产生、培训与考评机制以及外部环境等方面进行比较研究 ,以期对企业家培育机制的构建提供借鉴与参考。
The kernel role of the entrepreneur is the key factor for the success of enterprises, therefore the construction of the entrepreneur training mechanism has very important significance. The entrepreneur training mechanism has a close bearing on the corporate governance. This paper makes a comparison of the American corporations and Chinese state-owned enterprises in entrepreneur training mechanism. The comparison mainly includes: the ownership structure, capital structure, corporate governance structure, incentive and restrictive mechanism, cultural background, promotion, training and evaluation mechanism and so on.
