新铁炮百合试管苗假植技术初探 被引量:1

摘要 通过对新铁炮百合试管苗假植的容器、基质、营养液补充时间等因素的试验研究,探讨提高假植成活率和假植苗质量的技术措施。试验结果表明:塑料营养钵假植的效果优于塑料穴盘;基质以自制营养土(V腐殖土∶V锯末=1∶1)最好,成活率及苗高均表现为自制营养土>珍珠岩与蛭石混合物(V珍珠岩∶V蛭石=1∶1)>河沙;假植后适当时间浇施营养液对苗高具有显著促进作用,假植后7d或15d开始浇第一次营养液(以后每星期浇1次)对幼苗生长没有显著影响。 To discuss the optimum condition of Lilium X longiflorum transplanting, the factors influencing transplanting survival rate were studied, including the difference in containers, substrate, and the frequency of nutrition. The result showed, the plantlets grew in the plastic pots were better than those in the plastic trays; the height and survival rate of the seedlings in the manufacture nutrition soil were larger than those in the mixtures of perlite and vermiculite (equal volume) or in the substrate of the river sand; the promotion of the height was found when the seedlings were watered with nutrition solution after transplanting, but there was no significant difference in first watering time between a week or half a month after transplanting.
