摘要
就等壁厚球缺药形罩的曲率半径、壁厚对EFP成形性能的影响进行研究,利用有限元分析软件对曲率半径、壁厚对EFP成形的影响进行一系列数值模拟,根据模拟结果描绘出曲率半径和壁厚对EFP速度和长径比的影响程度曲线,为进行EFP优化设计提供了参考依据.
The effects of curvature radius and thickness of the equal thickness sphere segment on the forming feature of EFP are studied. FEM(Finite Element Method) software is used to simulate the effects of curvature radius and thickness of the equal thickness sphere liner on the forming feature of EFP. According to the simulation results, the curves of EFP′s curvature radius and thickness′s effects on the forming of EFP are plotted, providing the reference base for EFP′s optimization design.
