测量高损耗材料电磁参数的微波系统 被引量:1

摘要 一、引言由于微波频谱已应用到材料研究和电子对抗等方面,所以用微波测量各种有机和无机的电介质、半导体、铁氧体、复合材料及生物体组织等的电磁基本参数——相对复介电系数ε_r=ε_r′-jε_r″和相对复磁导率μ_r=μ_r′-jμ_r″愈来愈显示出它的重要性。对于中。
