本文通过深入分析邮轮经济的内涵和外延,运用产业集群理论和核心能力理论分析了上海发展邮轮业的可行性和必要性,揭示了上海发展邮轮经济的制约因素,最后提出形成产业集群的动力机制。

The paper, after an in-depth analysis of the nature and connotation of cruise economy, elaborates the feasibility and necessity of developing this industry in accordance with Clusters Theory and theory of core capability and discloses the restrictive factor of developing Shanghai' s cruise economy, finally a power mechanism forming industry clusters is put forward.
