关于构建上海体育人才高地的思考

Speculation on Building Highland of Shanghai Sports Talent

上海的发展带动了体育的发展,体育的发展需要体育人才。参照国外高等体育教育培养人才的方法,分析上海对各级各类体育人才的需求及需求特点。提出上海高等体育教育如何为上海构建体育人才高地的基本思路。

The development of Shanghai has pushed forward the development of sports, while the latter requires sports talent. In the light of the way for the foreign higher physical education to train talent, the present thesis has made an analysis of the need of Shanghai for sports talent at different levels and of all kinds and the characteristics of such need, and at the same time brought forward the basic train of thought for Shanghai higher physical education to build the highland of sports talent for Shanghai.
