摘要
运用心率遥测法,测试青少年演练陈式老架一路太极拳过程中的心率变化。结果表明,陈式老架一路太极拳能够对青少年产生一定的负荷;在某些身体机能和身体素质方面,课外经常从事陈式老架一路太极拳运动的青少年好于课外较少活动的青少年。认为,从事陈式老架一路太极拳锻炼对青少年的健身有促进作用。
This paper used the method of distant measurement of heart rate to measure the change of teen-agers' heart rate in the process of drilling the old stance routine of Chen-style Taijiquan. The results have shown that such routine of Chen-style Taijiquan can produce a certain load to teen-agers, and compared with the teen-agers who seldom take part in extracurricular activities, the teen-agers who often exercise the old stance routine of Chen-style Taijiquan are better in some body functioning and physical quality. Therefore, the paper holds that it has a function of promoting the body building of teen-agers to exercise the above routine of Taijiquan.
