体育教师信息能力的构成及培养途径

Formation of Physical Education Teachers' Information Ability and Its Training Ways

运用文献资料与访问调查法,探讨了体育教师信息能力的内涵、构成,即体育教师信息能力是由一般信息能力、教育信息能力和体育信息能力构成的。提出体育教师信息能力的培养主要通过职前培养和在职培训两大途径。

By the methods of literature, interviews and investigations, the present thesis has inquired into the connotation and formation of physical education teachers' information ability, that is to say, such ability is composed of general information ability, educational information ability and physical education information ability. It has put forward that the training of physical education teachers' information ability is realized mainly through the following two big ways: training before holding an office and training during tenure of office.
