摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查与实验测试相结合的研究方法,对大学生部分身心健康指标进行测试分析。结果认为,实施心理教学法的学生心理健康水平明显高于未实施心理教学法的学生,在人格、情绪、个性、焦虑、敌对、偏执等项因子上,两者有非常显著性差异;在人际关系、恐怖等项因子上有显著性差异。
Using the combined research method of literature, questionnaire and experimental measurement, the present study has measured and analyzed part of physical and mental health indices of university students. The results have indicated that, as for the students taught with psychological teaching method, their level of mental health is obviously higher than that of the control group. There are notable differences between the above two groups, which are not only in such factors as personality, mood, individuality, anxiety, hostility, extremes and so on, but also in the factors of relations, terror and so forth.
