摘要
本文研究探讨了团体训练对于减轻体育专业大学生心理压力的作用,寻求体育专业大学生心理压力管理的新途径和新方法,并精心设计了团体训练方案和团体训练的全过程,采用两份量表和一份问卷,对参加本次训练学生的前后情况进行了测量和调查。通过分析测量结果和调查情况,发现:团体训练对于减轻体育专业大学生心理压力是有效的,应值得推广。
The paper researches the action of social training on alleviating psychological pressure of college students major in physical education,looks for the new methods and channels of management of psychological pressure,draws up the plan and the whole process of socialites training and using two pieces of measure tables and a piece of questionnaire, measures and investigates the various conditions of students participating in social training. After analyzes results of measuring and investigating, reaches a conclusion:Social training is effective for college students major in physical education to alleviate psychological pressure and deserves to spread.
