摘要
根据学生的生理心理发育特点进行体育教学与常规体育课教学效果的比较研究,认为按学生的身心发育特点教学符合科学的教学原则和规律,对增强学生体质有显著效果,证明根据学生的生理心理发育特点教学是可行的。因此要实现学校体育以“健康第一”为指导,依据学生的生理心理发育特点进行教学会取得非常显著的教学效果。
On the basis of growth characteristics of students?physiological psychology,we've conducted a comparative study for the effects of P.E. teaching and routine P.E. teaching and thought teaching according to students?development characteristics of mind and body are accord with scientific teaching principles and rules. And it has noticeable effect for the purpose of strengthening students?physical quality.We have made the conclusion that it is feasible to teach combining students?physiological psychology growth characteristics.Therefore.in order to realize the object of health the first,we must gain very marked teaching effects if we conduct our teaching on the strength of students?physiological psychology development features.
