篮球运动与篮球技术在日新月异地发生变化,普通高校篮球技术教学与训练如何及时调整,培养出优秀的篮球教师和运动员的工作就迫在眉睫。笔者通过查阅资料,结合教学及训练实践,对普通高校篮球技术与教学训练工作提出了一些解决问题的意见和看法。

Nowadays, the basketball and the techniques of it have been changing with each passing day. As a result, it stands in the gap that the adjustment of teaching and training of basketball techniques and the way of training an excellent basketball player in University and College. Here, the writer gives his suggestions and some solutions to the basketball techniques and the teaching by consulting reference books, combination the practice of teaching with training as well.
