摘要
通过问卷调查、数据统计分析及文献资料等方法,对多年来一直被高职院校广大体育工作者所关注探索的运动队训练问题进行了研究,旨为更好地开展高职院校运动队的训练工作,提高运动水平,使高职院校运动队的组织管理和训练步入正轨。
The study,which has being concerned and explored by many physical educators for many years,basing on questionnaires,analysis of data statistics and documentary material,carries out the research on sports team training in vocational college and the purposes of it are to develop the sports team training and to improve the sports level in vocational institute.Besides,the management and training of sports team can be out into the right track.
