“义理”和“人情”是规范日本社会人际关系的两大要素。本文以日本人现代社会生活为中心，通过大量日常工作和生活的具体事例，重点分析了日本人的“知恩图报”的思想观念和维系人际关系的人情观。这对加强我们与日本人之间的相互理解和人际交流会起到积极的促进作用。

Yili' and 'Renqing' are the two main rules that guide people's behavior in the society of Japan. Focusing on the modern Japanese life, I analyze the Japanese idea 'Repay for other's kindness' and their philosophy that maintain the relationship amongst people through large amount of examples both in daily and at work. This helps us have a better understanding of Japanese and get better along with them.
