A New Purifying Method for Reclaimed Alkali Liquor in Mercerizing

丝光回收碱液中含有各种浆料及杂质,这些浆料、杂质如果不能及时去除,将会严重影响产品质量。本文提出用双氧水净化丝光回收碱的新工艺,经过应用实践,被证明具有净化简单、费用小、效果好、成本低、不用增添设备等优点,为净化碱液开辟了新途径。

Sizes and impurities contained in recovered mercerizing liquor would severely impair the quality of mercerized fabric if they did not be removed timely. Now,the authors present a new reclaiming process of using hydrogen per-oxide to purify waste mercerizing liquor. This method has been proved by practical applications as a cost -saving way in purifying. It is simple and effective, and no additional equipment is needed.
