摘要
目的:探讨甲氧苄啶(TMP)与3种氨基糖苷类抗生素(庆大霉素、阿米卡星、妥布霉素)的联合抗生素后效应(PAE)。方法:临床分离大肠埃希氏菌、肺炎克雷伯氏茵各5株,将8倍MIC TMP分别与不同浓度(1,2,4倍MIC)的3种抗生素联用,细菌与药物接触1 h后以微量接种菌落计数法测定PAE。结果:TMP可使3种氨基糖苷类抗生素对2种受试菌的PAE显著延长,呈相加作用;联合PAE均呈剂量依赖性。结论:TMP与氨基糖苷类抗生素联合应用可产生明显的PAE,临床联用具有合理性。
Objective: To explore the post-antibiotic effects (PAE) of trimethoprim (TMP) combined with aminoglycosides. Methods: A total of 10 strains of E coli and K pneumoniae (5 strains each) were obtained from clinical isolates. The microorganisms exposed to TMP (8 times the MIC) combined with gentamicin, amikacin or tobramycin at various concentrations (1,2 and 4 times the MIC) for 1 h. The PAEs were determined by microinoculation colony counting. Results: The combined PAEs of TMP and aminoglycosides were prolonged (addition effects) significantly and were concentration dependent. Conclusion: TMP combined with aminoglycosides had significant PAEs, thus, this combination therapy is rational.
