摘要
文章就如何建设群众监督体制,建设怎样的群众监督组织和法制、制度体制的基本原则、总体思路进行了初步探讨。为完善我国现行权力运行机制,加速民主法制建设,遏制腐败而献计献策。
The article comes up with new and better ways to improve China's mechanism for the exercise of power in operation,speed up the improvement of democratic and legal systems and struggle against corruption by discussing how to improve the system of supervision by the people,and by exploring the basic principle of supervisory and legal systems and mechanisms.
