摘要 通过引入新型自交联反应性丙烯酸酯单体与其他普通的丙烯酸酯单体乳液共聚,研制出仅需95℃热处理即能完成交联的DMC低温交联丙烯酸酯涂层剂。本文阐述了该涂层剂的低温交联机理、合成反应工艺的确定和用于该涂层剂增稠的增稠剂S的合成及性能,并对涂层应用工艺及涂层织物各项性能进行了研究和测试。 Through Copolymerizing of conventional acrylate monomer latex with a novel self-crosslinked reactive aery-late ,DMC acrylate coating agent is prepared, which can react with fibre under low temperature thermo-treatment of 95 ℃. The mechanism of low temperature crosslinking and the establishment of synthetic process of DMC are described here together with the polymerization and property of thickener S for the coating agent. Futhermore, research works are made on the application of coating process and testings for various properties of coated fabric.
