摘要
介绍了邻氯甲苯侧链氯化水解法合成邻氯苯甲醛的工艺 ,探讨了水解温度、催化剂、反应时间等条件对邻氯苯甲醛收率的影响。在较优条件下邻氯苯甲醛的收率达 80 .0 % ,产品含量 99.0 %以上 ,该工艺已应用于工业化大生产。
A process of synthesizing 2-Chlorbenzaldehyde by 2-chlormethylbenzene side chain chlorination hydrolysis method.has been introduced.The effects of technical factors on the yield of 2-chlorbenzaldehyde,such as the hydrolytic temperature,catalyst and reaction time,have been investigated.Under the better conditions,the yield of the product reaches 80.0% and the purity of it is over 99.0% .The process has been applied to industrial production.
