对我国弱势群体的思考

Thinking on Chinese Weak Group

由贫富悬殊的两极分化而出现的弱势群体,已不利于共同富裕、长治久安、可持续发展。党和政府需密切关注,寻求对策,给之以人文关怀,多方式拓展农村劳动力的需求市场,同时大力发展经济,引导下岗失业者转变就业观念,实现充分就业,以应对WTO带来的机遇和挑战,全面建设小康社会。

Weak group,appeared with the polarization of rich and poor,has played a negative role in common prosperity,prolonged political stability and sustainable development.Our party and government should return weak group national treatment as well as humane concern.At the sametime,they should expand needed maket for countryside labour force through various channels,develop economy dramastically,conduct offlaid workers to transform employment concepts to meet full employment in order to face successfully challenges and opportunities brought by WTO,and construct comfortable society overall.
