In the new era,ideological and political education in higher learning institutions should combine internal and external situation changes as well as times characteristics to innovate constantly.Innovation should emphasize on constructing new style of relationship between teachers and students and carrying out society practice,strengthen mass organization building together with campus culture,stress a clear aim and legislation,and strengthen network construction and management.
