为解决铸造行业水玻璃砂溃散性差的问题,可应用线外质量管理法对其进行研究,找出与工厂用砂有关的最佳配方,使水玻璃砂铸件的清砂问题得到解决。

In order to resolve the weak collapsibility of silicate bonded sand in foundry industry,this paper applies on offline quality management ,gets the best prescription related to sand using in factories to resolve the problem of cleaning sand.
