China is in a critical period in which the planned economy has been changing toward the market economy. During this period, social life is undergoing great and profound changes, which make people to develop some completely new value outlooks. Therefore, we should master the essence of Marxist philosophy, and replace our 'individual-orientated value outlook'and 'society-orientated value outlook' with 'creation-based and development-oriented value outlook', so that the individuals and the society will develop in harmony.
