当代制度经济学发展中的两条主线与其新自由主义本质之剖析

Two Lines in the Development of Contemporary Institutional Economics and An Anatomy to Its New Liberalist Essense

当代制度经济学主要是沿着两条理论主线而发展。两大发展主线之间的理论源泉、基本理论观点和研究方法各不相同 ,但在崇尚经济自由主义思想方面 ,是高度一致的。本文一方面从理论上阐述当代制度经济学两条发展主线的基本内容 ;另一方面分析当代制度经济学的新自由主义本质。目的是期望在深化改革的实践过程中 ,提高对当代制度经济学基本思想与政策主张的辩证思考。

The contemporary institutional economics is mainly developed in two theoretical lines. Though the two development lines of contemporary institutional economics have nothing in common with each other in their theoretical sources,basic views and research approaches,they are highly unanimous for the thoughts of ecomomic liberalism. This paper expounds the basic content of two lines of development in the contemporary institutional economics theoretically on one hand,and analyses the new liberalist essence of contemporary institutional economics on the other. The purpose is to expect that we can improve our ability to think dialectically about the basic mind and policy of contemporary institutional economics.
