摘要 对电流模式电路以及电流传输器进行了简要的介绍 ,提出了基于 CCCII的电流模式滤波器设计方案 ,并进行了灵敏度分析和 EW B模拟验证。该方案有以下优点 :(1 ) 1端输入、3端输出 ,同时实现二阶高通、低通和带通滤波 ,并且能够方便地实现全通和带阻 ;(2 )电路简单 ,所用元器件少 ;(3)采用接地无源元件 ,便于集成 ;(4)能够对参数ω0 和 Q进行电调节 ;(5)ω0 和 Q对元件参数的灵敏度低。 In this article, the current-mode circuit and current conveyor are briefly introduced, and a solution of current mode filter based on CCCII is proposed, together with sensitivity analysis and verification of EWB simulation. This solution is advisable in that: (1)1 input terminal and 3 output terminal, biquad HP, LP and BP can be realized simultaneously; (2)simple circuit, very limited number of components are used; (3)using grounded passive components makes integration easier; (4)the circuit parameters ω 0 and Q can be electronically tuned; (5)the sensitivities of ω 0 and Q against components parameters are low.
