基于GIS的常德市土地开发整理潜力分析与评价

On the Land Development and Rearrangement of Changde City (Based on GIS)

以地理信息系统为技术支撑 ,采用Geostar软件对常德市土地整理开发潜力的数据进行处理和信息提取 ,运用Logistic模型对常德市土地整理开发潜力的系统稳定性进行分析、评价。结果表明 :常德市土地开发整理潜力保持在一定的许可区间 ,但已接近土地承载力极限。因此 ,必须调整土地利用内部结构 ,开发未利用地 ,提高耕地的高效性和集约性 ,发挥土地资源的生态。

After data processing and information extracting to the land development potential of changde with Geostar softwore and analysing and evaluating of the stability of the system potential with Logistic model, we find thar although the lard developmont and rearrangement potential of changde is kept within a permissible range, it has almost reached the limit of land load-bearing. There fore we need to rearrange the inner structure of land use, develop the unutilized land and raise land efficiency to acliese better ecologic, economic and social benefits.
